Those are good news, but yet they are not official, they are just as good as the news from them ban itself. People really need to stop over reacting on rumors, and just wait for the official news.

The likelihood is there will be no official news announcement, China won't just openly declare all of their intentions for bitcoin so often you have to read between the lines, the fact only a couple exchanges shut down and the rest continue to be operating pretty much as normal shows that in likelihood it is just a case of having to play by the rules a little more
