From what I've gathered so far, you would do just that. Arrange everything with your local FedEx office. Once they tell you all the forms required for shipping and you get them filled out, you have to send the shipping and clearance documents to Minerwarez through that email.

Yes that is what you need to declare for the item entering your country. That is what customs will look into as you pay tax and duty and items imported.
