don't underestimate the what trading the tokens on big exchanges does for the price. if they manage to get it on a big exchange, 1USD is doable.

I don't think that it's that important I saw a lot of recent ICOs who are sold under ICO price although they are traded on big exchanges. Most important is the quality of the project which helps to increase the price.

A lot of projects are just about speculation. What you don't know is that there is private sell a blockchain events and forums with bonus way bigger for private investor than public sale. (60% and even more). So the ICO launch they sell take their profit and get out of the project.

If a coin/token is listed on some big exchanges, then it will be more known to many people.
It still a good thing.
