Take a look at their terms of service and they are NOT allowed to have done this in the manner they did. I have started the arbitration process under section 20 of their terms of service and will see what happens. It isn't about the money with me, but about the principal, and I hope others stand up and are willing to spend a little actually making them go to arbitration for the losses suffered.

Losses suffered is zero if you still have your coins. "The one that got away" is not considered a loss except in fantasy.

You will see written on these forums thousands of times "Don't keep your money on exchanges" every wondered why?
If you keep money on exchanges, be prepared to loose it. see Mt Gox, Crypstsy, Mintpal, coinex.pw, mcxNow....
