You don't have to post it in the service section instead, just search ICO advisors on LinkedIn. You will find tons of profiles there associated with the qualifications you are looking for here. Furthermore, you can review and evaluate their achievements and portfolio there to know if they can handle the job you want them to do. Plus, you can contact them directly because some of the people there have their contact numbers available right in their profiles.

Yes I did search, the problem is that there is alot of talk and no action. I thought this board would be more hands on people, who really know the space. But Thanks for the advice!
