I think they are talking about smart contracts in the blockchain. By putting al the info in smart contracts, the trade becomes transparent to users. This is what I understand from the article about Modultrade.

The technology itself needs more awareness imo. Hardly anyone knows about bitcoin in India, let alone blockhain, but the number is slowly growing.
