I think they are talking about smart contracts in the blockchain. By putting al the info in smart contracts, the trade becomes transparent to users. This is what I understand from the article about Modultrade.

The technology itself needs more awareness imo. Hardly anyone knows about bitcoin in India, let alone blockhain, but the number is slowly growing.

As far as I know, a lot of people know about Bitcoin in India, but I do not know they understand blockchain technology or projects such as ModulTrade.
