When I provided the necessary documents of Selfie and Passport for the Enhance verification, It gives the following error.

Tips for successful verification:
Take a fresh selfie, ensure nothing is blocking a full view of your face
Do not use the same image from your identification documents
Do not use a professional profile picture
Do not manipulate the image of your identification in anyway. This includes adding watermarks or blacking out certain information
Do not crop the image of your ID such that any portion of the ID is removed including edges


But there are no re-submission button either.


I think My Account Name and My Passport Name are different.

How can I change my Account Name in Bittrex?

It's either you'll explain it to their customer support or continue using the account with a different name. Identity verification would still take place, and their customer support would send you an email if there are any major discrepancies on the documents you just sent.  After that you can explain the situation to them and might reconsider on changing your account name or let's you just create a new account in compliance to AML regulations.
