I'll tell you how, Jay at coinabul must somehow be friendly or connected with them. There is no other explanation. Many, Many people have been listed as a scammer for much less. Wouldn't adding negative trust (here) address this (albeit as a temporary measure)? He still won't have a scammer tag but it'll put a big red flag in his trust profile. (I appreciate this is a fairly new feature, but I still don't see any red flags anywhere... )
