Is it a scam? No, but its a business model that put early investors and customers at a loss to pay for company mistakes while they still make a profit.

I don't mind people being upset or mad. I don't mind people calling out Gigawatt for poor service and confusing information.
I get irritated when people throw the word "scam" around. That word has a meaning that most people don't seem to understand.

Excuse me, but their "business model" is taking advantage of customers, lying and not upholding their agreement. How is that NOT a scam? I hope people get their money back somehow and then this scam crashes and burns.
