Because the price is really high and that will so bad if there will be a flash crash in the market due to the bitcoin hype already ended and that looks some people are holding the bitcoin already planned to do a flash sell after they are getting their bitcoin gold.

Yeah that may be happen and many are speculating that after harf fork there will be some small correction in the price so if there will people will sell their bitcoin it will be definitely a dumping price. And if that happens many will still hold their coins and wait for new ATH and that could be before this year ends.
