Yes that's a positive view. The negative one is that the price reflects loss of trust on ICN, at least until the utility of the token is clarified. When is the next buyback?

Buybacks happen every week, so tokens are taken out of the market regularly. But tokens accumulated by buyback get burned the end of every quarter. So it's every quarter circulating supply of ICN tokens drops.

So Q2 was announced in July from what I see. Do we know when the Q3 report will be announced? Is it this month?
