I am not really sure how any airdrops are "scams" ... Airdrops give you coins in exchange for nothing -- or close to nothing; how could they be a scam?
Even if you sign up and don't end up not getting anything, you weren't scammed. You just didn't get anything for free.

This is like saying you were scammed by the homeless soup kitchen because they ran out of free soup and biscuits.

That being said, I have been in the DeepOnion airdrop/signature campaign for some time and I get my airdrops each week per a normal schedule.

well, maybe scam is not the right word.
but what i noticed is many spam and phishing mails after participating some airdrops and no free tokens..

That makes sense ... I can see how that would be frustrating.

Anytime I am required to enter an email for a shady looking project/website I use an email account I very rarely use. Keeps the spam out of my primary accounts -- which is nice.

yeah true, the clarifucation is much appreciated and makes things clear, phishing and lies are not welcome
