The transactions had 5 outputs, and three of them were 0.08, did you buy more then one account? Your story seems more and more unlikely to me, 500$?

Even if he did infact scammed you for 500$, i don't think you'd still be the rightful owner of it, he still is. No matter what you do, you're gonna get locked out soon.
Which, if he infact scammed you, would be pretty sad, but hey, those are the risks of buying accounts..

Personally I don't think that buyer of account should be penalized for scam attempt from previous owner as long as he can prove sale agreement and provide signed message from address that was use for paying such service.
There is no rule that prohibits users from selling they accounts or buyers from buying.
If previous owner indeed agreed to sale account and now trying to claim it back using forum security features it's at least scam from his side.
