There is a possibility that your wallet may be not synced up with the network properly or that your wallet may have somehow forked and isn’t connected to the main network. Just to make sure that you are on the right block and is on the right network.

I suppose this is related to that there are still nodes not updated to v1.0.1.
You can also clear orphans in your wallet by using the repairwallet command.
Your weight stay the same after an orphan meaning the chances are good that you will get a block soon after the orphan, so your coin-age from the coin group selected for minting isn't lost when a stake fails. It keeps trying again until it is successful.
 
There is a simple way and it doesn’t (or shouldn’t) affect your coin balance to clean them up and not show them:
Backup your wallet if you haven’t done so recently. (this is just a precaution and not mandatory)
In your Qt wallet, go to Tools -> Wallet Repair
Run the Recover Transactions 1 (zapwallettxes=1)

It will now go through your wallet and scrub out the orphan transaction. Should take few minutes.
You should also have your computer sync to internet time.
