So any thoughts ? Ways to stop ? Ways to gamble with play money ? Maybe there are dust gambling casinoes I can use? U know just for fun and for the fix.

I think giving up in gambling is in good terms if you cannot control your emotions once you've loss it and it depends on us of how we limit ourselves.But if you know how to be set up your goals in gambling when you wins it is not easy to give up because there are temptations that you will play again.

When you say quit you have to quit for good, it's not good to gamble again when you don't have the discipline as you might only lose a big amount of money which you cannot afford to lose. Don't let your life be affected with your gambling addiction because if we will everything will be ruin and we can never have a real happiness as gambling will keep bothering us.
