I don't think so. Even if another china debacle happens, i don't think we'll see btc drop that low anymore. Even panic selling won't be enough. Probably the lowest we can go at this point would be around 4500 or 5000

No, i don't believe of what you say about the price of bitcoin falls down to $ 4000. Because thats gonna be a huge decreasing of price. My expection of price after the 2x fork well down to 5,000 USD its a very low price and after that its good start to trade your coin in a good value.
