No, the resale advantage is with the lancelot as a fpga board will always (for nearterm values of always) be worth at least something (even if just the scrap value of the LX150's). However once the difficulty exceeds the power cost of running the Erupter, its just a piece of junk (with some caveats for repurposing as an alt-coin miner for sha256 based coins, though even that depends on the asic architecture of which I know nothing).
