As it is stated many times block confirmations take 1000 blocks in metaverse (ETP) and on a normal day this may take 8 to 9 hours. Payments are made once the blocks are confirmed by network. This is the coin design.

When you look at your mining page(http://etp.dodopool.com/#/account/MDC5GLwrx7nAqa13HHXEi2w2mWzi59CCue/payouts) you will see two balances "immature" and "pending" you'll receive payments when blocks mature and move to your pending balance.
