lol, Don't think they were ever profitable. USB are sold as a gimmick because the ASIC chips are small and sort of "because you can" attitude and novelty. I remember sales for bundles of the first (antminer?) with a multiport USB hub, power and a USB fan, their price was too high to return profits. Really they were intended as fun/keeping the network distributed. They are fun, interesting way to get into mining, but chances of finding a block? $100 on local lottery (or bitcoins Wink

) a better bet.
