I am not sure if this is already decided but according to their roadmap, the launch of the full GAT system is planned for October 2018. So we might have to wait almost a year.

Indeed but it all depends on how many merchant they can convience to use GATCOIN!
The more support from merchants the faster they will release the system. A good ICO can also help to speed things up

The good thing is that they don't have to negotiate with the first merchants after their system is launched because they already have an agreement with SK Planet.
