Everyone wants bitcoin to hit that price but after the china FUD the price went up so if theres another FUD it might hit $10,000 or might go down.

Yes its look like difficult, although bitcoin has the potential to increase its price, but still i do not think that it will cover 4000$ in next two months, i think it will take al least 5 to 6 months to reach to that point, so we can expect that before june 2018 we can see the price of bitcoin touching 10000$.
