Limiting yourself is the thing to do in order to know when we should stop. Limit your spending and overcome the amount of play. But all those boundaries will be useless if we break it or surpass it. Decreasing amount using in gambling is the best thing we can do, because I know that if we set boundaries in playing games is not probably happen. Especially when they always bring our all money in gambling also if all our money was on the gambling sites. Because it's hard for us to fight our temptation especially in gambling.

In my opinion, decreasing amount and setting limits are one or the same thing. It is best to not even play this game. It is a total wastage of time and money according to me and many real people. Gambling sites are always looking for a chance to get our money. Humans are always attracted towards the bad activities easily as far as they can afford all that fun. Once lost their wealth, either they will learn big lessons of life or die.
