Limiting yourself is the thing to do in order to know when we should stop. Limit your spending and overcome the amount of play. But all those boundaries will be useless if we break it or surpass it. Decreasing amount using in gambling is the best thing we can do, because I know that if we set boundaries in playing games is not probably happen. Especially when they always bring our all money in gambling also if all our money was on the gambling sites. Because it's hard for us to fight our temptation especially in gambling.

Specially for those people who do not have any experience in gambling. i think they should start from a small amount. First we need to get experience and then we can play with big amount. but still in some gambling game we totally depending on our luck therefore you can only depend there on your luck. While in some gambling games like sports betting we can use our experience and skill.
