the method claim reward is not working, and is asking for some amount of ETH to send, do we have to enter some eth there to be sent in order to get our tokens? which shouldn't be... what is the amount of gas needed?

Yes, I have the same question. Do we need to send some eth or does this process will have a transaction fee? I really cant understand. Why devs cant send it to us?
