I also ordered to and asked the same question, but in the reply it was missing.

I also asked because a missing confirmation mail for my order, and Christian wrote that they has a problem with the email server and by now I should have a copy... but nada.

Yes I got the Email confirmation and the Info that EUR payments are accepted. Exchange rates from xe.com.

So now its a question of: No risk, no fun :-)
