It's a shame you're having such a bad experience. It does sound like you've got a genuine problem which deserves a response. If it helps (or not!) from my experience CoinPot is definitely not a scam site and I've deposited Doge and Litecoin with them without incident.
Give them time and let's hope it's a temporary glitch.
