Face-to-face cash through localbitcoins.com is pretty anonymous. It can be more expensive though because someone has to take the time to meet with you.

I think this is still not anonymous way because you will meet someone i think the only way to cashout bitcoin anonymously and withdraw into fiat i think bitcoin debit or credit cards there are some bitcoin cards you can anonymously withdraw and deposit your bitcoin..

But even using a method like that is not really anonymous, since you need to withdraw from an ATM and almost all of those ATMs have cameras in them so unless you are planning to look incredibly suspicious by wearing a hat or something you are going to be recorded when you withdraw the money.

But the question now, If you are using your own ATM card (meaning you did not use someone's else card or stolen card), where should be the issue even if they have you on camera? These data will be not kept forever and even if, you did not break any law by withdrawing your money. Or did you?
