Expecting that it will come before this month of November ends or after a couple of days with the upcoming hard fork. I'm not expecting that the price will be getting up $6,000 at this moment but everything seems to be quick as the price is indicating that it badly wants to get another all time high.

Probably it will go one way or the other once everything is completely transparent about the next fork. After that maybe we will have a more stable period without potential forks influencing the price.

It's not impossible to say, you can just tell on when it's possible to happen and reason it out why you think that time will come.
