I have been there and that can pretty much suck. The thing about day trading is that, apart from it being stressful, it is just based sometimes on some high level of prediction. However, there are so many tactics you can use when it comes to long term holding for profit. Although it requires patience sometimes but usually, if it follows a particular pattern and you are able to study it, then you will be making some god amount of money.

I know someguys , who has a good method on day trading and he made it successfully . His profit is usually around 3%- 7% per day. But i think he works hard as much as he can. Cause i saw he's busy and using the computer 18/24. So it's not good in real life someways/
