Thanks for feedback anyway, we constantly trying to improve quality of reviews. About separate channels for each language i honestly dont see anything bad with posting RU+EN, russian version is 2 lines of text in post, description+ link to telegra.ph, so it shouldnt distract english users, and russian users are okay with reading review in telegra.ph.
