Look, the first thing I tried is to contact you on telegram and get no real help. I am not on Slack. You should rather take the time to read through the email chain I had with the support team. My dashboard shows no investments, because I transfered BTC (honestly don't understand why this is not the same as the rest of the investment options...). However the investments list shows that I should have 779.79 ATB. Don't send me any links, I already got tons of that and nothing helped. I was told that "specialists" are looking at this. They are checking it for many weeks now, so what is that difficult? Credit those 779.79 ATBs on my dashboard and we are all set. What is so diffiicult on that? Please, don't look for any more excuses.
