You have to send to them. Perhaps support sucks. Once took me 5 tickets and two days for them to realize they had a issue with my BTC withdraw.

I am just not using them at all.
Just try to solve this and wait for C-CEX

Tradesatoshi is very slow in withdraw. Try use accelerator your transaction TXID next time
