Hello guys! I have bought some coins till now,no problems with withdrwals or deposits,but today I put some 30$ in BTC on the platform and when I did the exchange with BTBc ,a message appeared said "bitbase will refresh the page"(or something like that),so I pressed OK,it refreshed and I had neither my BTC or my BTBc tokens. I send a message to the support team,but I`m not hoping they will respond.. I even snapped the transactions and all. So,can I do sth or I just lost 30$?(more interested in that 140 coins that I bought..)
I assuming that they are in the process of launcing their projects one by one. the wallet being one of them which I believe they probably disabled it as a whole to finish the project without any hiccups. thats just my opinon while there are many other stupid shit holding them back from achieving their goal. I would say just ride it out. As they say don't put in what you can't lose and don't sell your mother in law either!
I bought another 140 coins after and it worked,just that that time it didn`t work and still nothing. That did happen about 6h ago,and I bought another time 4h ago
