Who is stopping you to post in these any mega topic? You are not limited to posts in these threads, the point here is, your posts there will not be counted. So if you are wanting to learn some new "good knowledge" and it's informational discussion, there are no things to worry, unless that is not really your goal.

He don't want to waste any of his post by not being counted and paid by the campaign managers. These signature campaign rules doesn't have something to do with the forum rules as they are two different bridges that you have to cross.
