That would help you not to gamble online but as long as that feeling is still inside you will still find a way to gamble, what you need to do is accept that reality that gambling is not for you and when you gamble you will only ruin your life. There are a lot of ways to gamble and it's not only possible online so if that urge to gamble will not be eliminated you will still gonna gamble again.

If your mind and heart still longing or do still think on playing gambling then no matter how hard you do you would really end up on playing gambling in the end of the day.Quitting would really really require extreme control and discipline on ones self.You should really be serious if you do mean to quit then you should follow it if youd like to you would really do such thing.
