Which backup pdf? How can i request this PDF?
In past i had never put a "passphrase" before transaction, now system demands a "passphrase", what is this passphrase, is that my login password?
I never had an passphrase for my bitwala wallet, why is it now?
Is this passphrase from google authenticator?
Your support closing my support tickets without even answering them!
Please tell technicans i dont have a passphrase for wallet and i dont know how it was even created!
