How you managed to decipher that I'll never know, but well done. I've been googling but I can't find how to calculate the probability of no occurrence of a 2% chance in a 400 sample. But thinking about it the other way round If you were rolling a 98% chance and you got lucky without losing in 400 rolls you would be happy but it wouldn't seem all that strange.
