So why Bitterx did not sent any notification about upcoming "Disabled Event" before limited users.

I know that, the cryptocurrency business has no legal regulation in generally. investors has no protection or very weak protection from scammers, not professional admins of exchanges or cryptocurrency related business...
im not surprised that on these kind of business has a lot problems, scams...
so i think we must stay away from thes e kind of business where your money not protected .
my experience in online business after a few years that owners of online businesses dont speak the truth many cases or has very limited communication with users often.
These owners use their users funds for whatever they want. No reports of their business activity or some kind of this.
maybe im wrong, but this part of financial sector is irregular.
bitcoin, ethereum and some coin are "trustworthy" but the financial area is not.
exactly man , like even when they block some countries it's still so easy to keep using them
when first polo blocked my account I started sending my bitcoins to one of my friends that use poloniex and he started buying me the coins I want
so there is no point in blocking countries , since members can always ask other trusted members to do the trades
but even when they want to stop dealing with some countries , they shouldn't do it the way that they are doing at the moment
