I opened 7 tabs, 30 mins before ICO start, entered amount and left button "Buy" to press 1 sec after ICO starts. One tab showed coins were bought but after lags gone i still has 0 BALANCE!!!!!

Pretend this is a game and its very laggy. Customers are really mad and your losing customers(but not here cuz u wont allow us to withdrawl).

upgrade to a higher server where there will be no lag.
There are ways to prevent lags and server errors.
