I dont really know how to choose the best ICO, because some are totaly scam or shit
How do you do that ?

Read whitepaper.
Try to find out if team is real or not(pictures, names)
Check if they are using escrow - find more information about escrow.

Actually this is not good way to choose ICO. They are all active during ICO and most of them don't even bother to reply after ICO.
