It is not easy to quit on something that become a part of your every day lives. But on the other side, if a person really want to quit gambling, he / she will try his / her very best to do it. You are giving good suggestions, i am sure if someone have decided to quit gambling, and read your answer then of course he/she learn something good. I also said in a different time, if you have decided to quit gambling then only do and die, don't think that you could it or not, just start to quit it, at least you will find the solution for good.
