We've hit 60 ETH so the allocation will happen pro-rata. Approx. 0.833 PRN for every 1 PRN Reserved as there is only 3% - 3MLN of total 100 MLN PRN Tokens.

There will be full visibility on all PRN Token Transfers. Users will be able to deposit, withdraw and exchange tokens for ETH and BTC, the only constraint - there will be no possibility to exchange tokens for cheaper than the upcoming ICO Price.
