You cant if pods associated with them arent built. You will learn the pain. I think GW realzied they wont finish construction in time for this batch of tokens, so to avoid a refund on tokens which is stated in wp they just dumped tokens so people can be happy to trade them and have control. If tokens were somehow reassigned to another building then GW was lying about batch 3 token delays associated w build. Truth is nothing has happened past few days that would make them release batch 3. I guarantee those tokens cant be rented for a while, which would be a breach of wp as tokens should be allocated to buildings, not arbitrarily issued whenever
