it's because they are counting the accounts not ip adress. There can be 3,325 UNIQUE people per day. But many of them probably have multi-accounts.

Have you ever ran a webserver? 3,325 UNIQUE people visiting a page WILL NOT CRASH IT.

and if these 3325 people will click together for 5-8 times in 10 seconds?

That's assuming all 3,325 people are on AT THE SAME TIME. And even then that's only 23,000 requests. Even bitcointalk, a website with way more users, gets people that submit waay more requests.
