Surely, It is. I think swap from CAPT to another equivalent new coin can be a good idea too.

I don't think so, there are not connections.

swapping CAPT to another coin has happened before
but even at that time, the network is already practically non-existant
only a few holder managed to swap their CAPTs and I was one that missed the opportunity
Yobit still have CAPT/BTC trade but noone can figure out how to connect to its network
if anyone can connect and deposit succesfully, it could be a way to unload this burden
