I think the amount is enormous, so many different projects even with repeating ideas!
When do think will this rush stop and why?

I think that we can already see a decrease in the amount of ICOs.
And not only that, we can see a decrease in the amount that ICOs are trying to draft.
The first ICOs market cap was very crazy and they tried to draft 100M$ and more, because there are more ICOs now, the competition is much bigger and it makes it harder for an ICO to start with 9 numbers market cap, so they are setting a lower cap which makes the growth potential bigger.
