From what i read in the whitepaper the European market has big players already which makes it unfavorable for micro money to establish itself there and even if they did am certain very few dont have access to basic financial services but think this could change in the future

It shows on their website that they also wanted to expand in Middle East, Europe and USA by 2020 with the help of the Crowdsale it could speed up the process of expansion for MicroMoney around the globe.
