Etherdelta generally adds the tokens automatically without asking, if one team request it, they 99.99% accept it.

Some exchanges want high trade volume and some fiat money to make your token listed in their platform. Some others are only picking the best projects for example.

Oh so they dont ask any money for it? i think thats why they dont improve their UI.
