Yes , i heard about the Detective Agency of crypto in Russia . I think the main reason they started it was because bitcoin does not bother taxes and there might be some people using bitcoin and not paying taxes . All the other crimes associated with dark web and bitcoin such as Ransom can also be a main reason why they started this agency . Russia is apparently planning to regulate bitcoin in their country . So this might be the first step by them.
